DESCRIPTION:Thank you for another successful year of the Mindfulness Society of Canada\, supporting good hearts and quality minds with the best teachings available\, for FREE and all around the world.  We will end the programming for the year with a group meditation on peace\, and we will have all the instructors present to each give a token of advice for all of us. 🙂 The floor will also be open for you to share your comments or any inspirational stories from the year of practicing meditation and mindfulness with our special teachers and community of great people. \nNext Year we Start January 4th with our annual new year Free Mindfulness course!
