He has authored over 30 titles, appeared on numerous T.V. and radio shows, lectures around Thailand and teaches regularly in the Thai Language via Livestream.

After a short stint as an Actuarial Analyst, Jess moved to Thailand in 2001 to pursue spiritual endeavors where he has lived on and off over the last 20 years, seeking and learning from some of the world’s greatest masters. Through many years of devotion to intuitive and healing modalities and mindfulness for calmness and insight practice, Jess has become a premier mindfulness teacher, author and advocate in Canada, leading a community of some of the most talented and devoted practitioners in the country.

Teacher, Writer, Lecturer
Rhoda is a Lecturer, Writer and Teacher currently residing in Thailand. She presently works as a PYP Teacher and Adjunct Lecturer, and continues to publish papers regarding her mindfulness research, notably in Cultural Studies of Science Education. Her master’s degree was in psychology at University College London, UK. In 2009, Rhoda took a deep interest in meditation practices. Since then, she has spent an extended time at Plum Village, lead mindfulness research projects and provides meditation and mindfulness training to her fellow teachers, students and parents. Her Ph.D. is in Science Education, Kasetsart University, with a specialty in Mindfulness, authentic inquiry, and wellbeing, especially in children.
Danielle Jacobson, PhD
Danielle is a recent graduate of the Dalla Lana School of Public Health and is currently a post-doctoral fellow at Women’s College Hospital and sessional lecturer at the University of Toronto Scarborough. She researches in the field of violence against women and is an advocate for health care equity for women in Canada at varying intersections of identity. Danielle had dabbled on and off with mindfulness practice since 2014, but began as a committed practitioner in 2019. She is currently a mindfulness instructor in training, a reiki level II, and makes a top-notch spelt banana bread.
Yoga Teacher, Mindfulness and Meditation Coach, Reiki Practitioner
Karen was the co-founder of the Spirituelle Devas, a Thornhill and Toronto based group for women and spirituality, where she raised awareness of topics such as mindfulness and meditation for hundreds of members. She has been certified in Meditation instruction (samatha and vipassana) by Bangkok Natural Healing Academy. In the winters of 2016-2019, Karen travelled to Thailand to study with monks and master teachers. Karen is also certified in Hatha and Yin Yoga. She teaches Yin Yoga weekly and infuses this practice with her mindfulness training. Karen has also been trained in Reiki, achieving her level 3 Reiki Master certification.
