Ajahn Krit is our expert advisor and one of our most revered teachers. He has been a monk for almost 30 years. He is invited to teach all around Thailand, has authored over 20 titles (in Thai), and appears regularly on television and radio sharing teachings on mindfulness, vipassana and Buddhism.
Jess Koffman
Head Teacher
Jess brings the most powerful and most essential teachings from his 20 years in Thailand with the greatest teachers to the western world and the English language. He is a leader in Mindfulness in Canada and holds 5 session courses on Zoom seasonally.
Salima Pirani

Salima provides many services in addition to mindfulness including Akashic Readings, Reiki Instruction and Psychic awareness programs. She is a leader in the healing and meditation communities in Canada.
