Mindfulness 301: Lesson Five with Associate Instructor Susanna

We have started a tradition in The Mindfulness Society of Canada.   We begin the year with a free mindfulness course, taught each week by a different associate instructor! This year, year three, we will have six weeks with six different teachers! Each teacher will their own unique style and energy to bring these most beneficial teachings to you.

The mindfulness we teach is the practice to attain transformative and transcendent wisdom. And wisdom is the only way out of suffering. It is much easier than you may think. It just takes good teachers and regular practice to get unbelievable results. It is a very different mindfulness than the modern understanding of “mindfulness”, where it has been reduced to a meditative technique for temporary relief of symptoms of suffering, like stress, physical pain and lack of focus, rather than suffering itself.  Join the classes, practice what we teach, and see for yourself that suffering in your heart disappears right in front of your eyes. See that you are not the body, not thoughts, not emotions, and you are not even the mindfulness that is aware of them!
