After years of wandering the world, I realized the real wanderer was my own mind. The practice of mindfulness showed me that finding a “home” is not about a place. It’s about returning to a presence inside.
Through chanting a mantra, I discovered a stead home base: a place to return to for repose and a way to gently guide the wandering mind back home. In this class, I will share a simple, practicial way to connect with a mantra as your inner home base. A practice for a calm concentration, as you allow all other phenomena and fabrications to unfold naturally.
