Real mindfulness practice isn’t meditation. But we do need regular meditation to support it, and, we need to know how to RELAX.  Associate Instructor Rhonda, with her 40+ years meditation experience, is an expert on how to relax and wants to help us all relax and prepare our minds for correct mindfulness practice. 45min-1hr.
