Ailya is a certified mindfulness instructor with The Mindfulness Society of Canada who will be teaching the principles of — and leading everyone in — calmness (samatha) meditation on this fine day! Aliya has practiced meditation since she was a child and has really thrived since learning mindfulness about 10 years ago. Please come out to support her and your own meditation practice.
