Mindful Yoga with Associate Instructor Karen

Everyone is Welcome. No experience necessary.

A Mindfulness Society First!  A free yoga class – mindfulness style! Karen has been a yoga instructor for 12 years and in this class she will integrate the slow paced style of Yin Yoga with meditative awareness of the mind and body. You are welcome to follow along in the poses, or rest in the easy sitting pose or shavasna for the entire class if this is more suitable for you.
