Dr. Rhoda is one of the leading scholars in the domain of mindfulness and meditation research, publishing in scholarly journals over the past decade showing the various benefits of mindfulness and vipassana practice, especially for the well-being of families. Tonight she will share what she has found in her research to be some of the wonderful benefits of mindfulness, not just from her own experience as a practitioner and teacher, but from evidence based on neuroscience research and the lived experiences from people of all walks of life.
