Please join and welcome Susanna Fournier, our newest Associate Instructor with the Mindfulness Society of Canada! She has been dedicated to her practice, bringing others into the fold and just returned from retreat in Thailand.
Whether we are hit with health, relationship, emotional, financial or work challenges, life has periods of hardship. Susanna will offer strategies and tips for how we can approach our mindfulness practice when all we want to do is run from it.
