During this talk, Susie will delve deeply into the practice of mindful eating and how to be aware during mealtimes.  Susie will share tips on cultivating a mindful eating practice to gain insights into yourself and reduce negative patterns.
**please bring something to drink and one small item to eat.   Examples: chocolate, cracker, fruit or vegetable
