Mindfulness 201: Class 2 of 5 with Karen

Karen will continue with laying the groundwork to start the step by step process of successful practice.
(This month the associate instructors are teaming up to provide a thorough course in the practice of mindfulness for insight. Each teacher will bring their personal touch to the teachings, with meditation and mindfulness exercises, lessons on the fundamentals for beginners and reminders for seasoned practitioners. If you miss a class not to worry – you can join in at any point and still learn so much!)
