Susie will delve deeply into the practice of mindful eating and how to be aware during mealtimes. Susie will share tips on cultivating a mindful eating practice to gain insights into yourself and reduce negative patterns. **We will do some mindful eating together. Please bring something to drink and one small item to eat (e.g. chocolate, cracker, or fruit).**
